The Service uses a token-based pricing model. Token packages, pricing, and availability are listed on the alxxAI dashboard. By purchasing tokens, you agree to pay the listed fees and applicable taxes.

• Tokens are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Token balances are tied to the server owner account.
• We may change pricing or introduce subscription plans with notice.
• If a payment is reversed or charged back, token balances may be adjusted accordingly.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or Discord policy.
• Harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Distribute malware or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or bypass Service protections.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The Service uses AI models that can produce incorrect, incomplete, or misleading outputs. You are responsible for verifying important information before acting on it. The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

You retain ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, store, and transmit content solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

If you enable memory channels or create digest entries, you acknowledge that messages and related metadata may be stored and processed to provide context-aware responses. You are responsible for configuring memory channels appropriately and informing your community if needed.

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages, or technical issues may occur. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may remove the bot from your server at any time. Termination may result in loss of access to stored data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We own all rights to the Service, including software, branding, and content we provide. You may not use our trademarks or branding without permission.

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, Discord, cloud hosting, payment processors, and AI model providers). Their terms and policies apply where relevant.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, alxxAI and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless alxxAI and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the date above and, where reasonable, by additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
